Website Support That Actually Picks Up The Phone

Most businesses only think about website support when something breaks. When it does, they want someone who actually answers, understands the problem, and gets it sorted without jargon or drama.

Ayup Creative provides ongoing website technical support and maintenance so your site stays online, secure, fast, and doing its job – bringing you leads and sales while you get on with running the business.

When You Need Website Support

  • Site down or throwing errors
White screens, 500 errors, PHP warnings, or random crashes.
  • Security issues and hacks
Suspicious redirects, spam pop-ups, or “not secure” warnings.
  • Slow, clunky website
Pages taking forever to load, especially on mobile.
  • Broken forms and checkouts
Enquiries not arriving, contact forms failing, checkout errors costing you sales.
  • Update disasters
You (or someone else) clicked “update all” and the site broke.
  • Hosting and DNS confusion

How we handle your website support

Intro chat & quick audit

We start with a short call to understand your site, tech stack and pain points, then take a quick look under the bonnet so we know what we’re dealing with.

Access & onboarding

You provide secure access (hosting, CMS, DNS if required). We document everything so we don’t have to bother you every time something needs doing.

Immediate issues first

If something is broken right now, we prioritise getting it stable and usable before doing anything fancy.

Ongoing monitoring & maintenance

Once stable, we put basic monitoring and maintenance in place – uptime alerts, key updates, and regular checks depending on your plan.

Clear updates & reporting

You’ll know what’s been done, what we’ve found, and what we recommend next. No black‑box magic, just straightforward updates.

Friendly, human support

You’ll get the same friendly team who remember your site, your business, and how everything is set up.

Thinking you might need a little more than website maintenance?

Check out Flex – it’s on-demand support across all of our services.

Website Technical Support – Questions Answered

You’re bound to have questions, so we’ve shared some of the ones we get asked most often. Of course if your question isn’t here, get in touch and we’ll be sure to help clear anything up!

Can you support a site you didn’t build?

Yes. As long as we can get access to the hosting and CMS, we can usually support it. If it’s a very unusual or legacy system, we’ll tell you honestly what’s realistic.

Do you only support WordPress?

WordPress is the most common, but we can also help with many PHP‑based custom sites, some common SaaS platforms, and can often coordinate with third‑party providers. We’ll confirm what’s possible once we’ve seen your setup.

What happens if you use up my monthly hours?

We’ll let you know before we go over. You can either approve additional ad‑hoc time at an agreed hourly rate, or roll work into the following month if it’s not urgent.

Do unused support hours roll over?

No – the plan is designed around reserved capacity each month. That said, we’ll often use any “spare” time proactively on maintenance, optimisation, or small improvements.

How quickly do you respond?

It depends on your plan. Essential aims for within 2 business days, Professional within 1 business day, and Premium same‑business‑day for most issues.

Can you host my site as well?

Yes. We offer managed hosting that pairs nicely with our support plans so there’s no finger‑pointing between host and developer.

Can you help with SEO and content too?

Yes – we offer Technical SEO, SEO maintenance and content services separately. Technical support keeps the site healthy; SEO helps you get found.

Is there a minimum term?

Plans are monthly rolling with 30 days’ notice. We want you to stay because it’s valuable, not because you’re locked in.

Is our support right for you?

Not all agency support retainers are created equal. Here’s how Ayup Flex compares to a traditional retainer model.
